US Orders
Enjoy free shipping on U.S. orders over $200 USD (before taxes, after discounts) within the contiguous United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.
All orders are shipped from our New York office.
Order Quantity Limit
Orders are limited to a maximum of 6 items to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery.

Processing Time
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation right away. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment.
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing may take up to 7–10 business days due to higher order volumes.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately and in English. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges.
If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout and the address is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, we are not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or loss. Any reshipment, rerouting, or recovery fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Shipping Methods
We offer several courier options, including USPS, UPS, and DHL. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on your order’s size, weight, quantity, destination, and selected shipping service.
For large or high-value orders, additional shipping or handling charges may apply depending on total package size, weight, insurance requirements, or carrier regulations. If this occurs, our team will contact you before shipment to confirm any cost adjustments or split-shipment arrangements needed for smooth customs clearance and delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
All shipping fees and related costs are non-refundable.
International Orders (Including Canada)
All international orders are shipped from New York using trusted global couriers such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery times and available services vary by country, and all transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
If a package is undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed for any reason — including refusal to pay customs fees — return shipping and related costs are the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Depending on the destination, international delivery may take up to 6–8 weeks.
For USPS shipments, tracking may be limited and updates may pause once the parcel leaves the U.S. Please contact the destination country’s postal service for further updates after arrival. Tracking gaps or delays do not indicate a lost shipment and depend on the carrier’s scanning practices.
Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
BonGoof is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. All delivery scans, photos, and any address changes are handled within the carrier’s system.
For international orders, once a package reaches the destination country, delivery and any related issues are managed by the local postal service or courier.
If a package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request a delivery investigation using your tracking number. If the carrier requests information from us, we’re happy to cooperate where possible.
For faster and more secure delivery, we recommend selecting an insured service such as UPS or DHL.
